Body Designs Fitness is private personal training studio offering one on one personal training, small group circuit training classes as well as nutrition consultations and counseling.
We are dedicated to providing clients with personal and professional fitness training for individuals of any age, any shape and any size. There are no membersip fees, you pay only for the services you choose.

One on One Personal Training focuses on education, motivation and exercise adherence to assist a client in enjoying the lifelong benefits of regular physical activity.
Small Group Circuit Training is an affordable and FUN way for clients to take advantage of a trainer's expertise in a group dynamic.

"Personal Training and Fitness have been a passion of mine for over 16 years. I take pride in helping individuals overcome their fears and insecurities by introducing them to a healthy way of life. I want to provide an alternative experience for those with apprehensions and negative feelings towards exercise. I will be there to inspire and motivate every step of the way through this exciting journey."
Molly graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Wellness. She is a personal fitness trainer through the American Council of Exercise and also a Licensed Sports Nutrionist.
Molly is a Mom of two little ones and is a former NPC National Figure Competitor.
